The 5-Star Arina boutique hotel is located in Lavasanat Area, 10 km away from Tehran in a very unique natural zone which is surrounded by natural features like the river and mountains which will be a landmark for the Tehran visitors who want to have a special experience by the nature in this hotel.

This project has 16 stories which in total is 72 meters high. Interior and façade design of this project has been done by Econtext Co. Following the project’s integration with natural aspects of the area, the main concept of the interior design and also the façade design trays to match the nature.

In order to have the best view of the river, wide span traces were located on the edges. The material selection of this project is also inspired by nature; wood as the main material integrated with white JFRC natural patterns. The face of the building which opens to the road has vertical louvers integrated with lattice metal.

Regarding the rocky context, the landscape has provided a chance to design stone steps matching the topography of the riverside.
