Azaiba shopping mall is located in the heart of Muscat, facing 18th November Street, one of the most famous streets in Muscat. The main concept of the project is having a brilliant transparent cube that provides attractive views at night. Some semi-transparent walls have surrounded the glass cube which creates special lighting in both indoor and outdoor views. This project involves a loft shopping mall in two levels which are connected with a vertical void space providing visual connection for people. A central elevator connects these two floors in the central void. An open space restaurant has been considered in the roof, having a great view of the surrounding landscape and 18th November Street. We have considered around 35 parkings in the basement having both entrance and exit ramps separately.
