Pertican office building, located in Isfahan Science and Technology Town, is designed by Econtext Design team with a zero energy approach. In order to provide natural ventilation, openings were designed with consideration of CFD analyses during warm days with high cooling energy demand. In order to control received solar radiation with simulation of yearly energy consumption, glazing rate, and shades properties include louvers dimension, space, and degrees have been optimized in all navigations. Moreover, in order to reduce the lighting energy consumption in all design process, received daylight in all spaces have been simulated.
